My Story

My name is Emma Collins and I am an experienced and fully licensed New Zealand Immigration Adviser [Adviser Number: 202000207].

From personal experience I understand the complexities of immigration processes and the impact they have on individuals and businesses. My goal is to provide comprehensive support and guidance to help you navigate through the intricate immigration landscape.

About Me:

I graduated from Toi Ohomai with a Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice (Level 7) in 2021.
I was awarded with the Pathways Top Student Award in recognition of academic excellence by achieving the highest total marks in all eight courses.
I received the Ezymigrate Top Student Award in recognition of academic excellence by achieving the highest overall mark in LAWS7017 Managing Client Cases. These awards reflect the skills and expertise that I bring to my work.
I initially received my Immigration Adviser license in April 2020 and have worked full-time as an immigration adviser for busy practices since that date.
Prior to obtaining my license I worked for an immigration advice firm in an administrative capacity.
I hold a Bachelors Degree in Law from the UK.
I have spent time working for larger immigration advice firms in Queenstown and am now proud to launch my own business - Visa Works. Through Visa Works I can continue to provide honest and clear immigration advice to my clients.
I have assisted hundreds of migrants and employers across New Zealand.
I specialise in complex matters and can provide clear advice and assistance.

I am committed to keeping current with immigration policy changes and updates. I am a member of the New Zealand Association for Migration and Investment and the Licensed Immigration Advisers Association. I actively participate in a number of groups alongside industry peers that are focussed on continuing professional development. My involvement in these groups allows me to continue to hone my skills and be the first to know about changes to immigration settings and policy.
